Roger Bought Back Our Ten-Year-Old Yamaha at Full Price

We had another wonderful experience at Roger's Piano. Ten years ago we purchased an upright Yamaha U2 for a great price. On Sunday, we upgraded to a beautiful Schimmel grand piano at an incredible price. Carol was fantastic to talk to and helped us pick out this wonderful piano.

Additionally, Roger is buying back our original Yamaha for the full price we paid ten years ago. No one in the industry would make that kind of offer. My wife and I are beyond thrilled with both the service and quality of the piano we received.

October 2025 update: Now I can speak to the incredible service Roger and his team have provided over the years. We have our piano tuned twice a year and it sounds amazing each time. Today, Roger came over for a tuning but advised me that the piano still sounded perfect — so instead of charging me for an unnecessary tuning, we talked instead and he offered some guidance on my playing. Again, you cannot find this level of service anywhere else. Thank you again Roger and enjoy the cheese!
