Three Piano Players, a Shigeru Kawai, and a Concert Tuning From Roger Himself

With 3 piano players in the family, we had been planning for years to get our dream grand piano. We visited various dealers in the area and decided to give Roger's Piano a call.

Carol was awesome to work with — she showed us many options in both their showrooms, let us play them as long as we wanted, with no pressure. In our quest for a brand new piano, she also had us try a gently used Shigeru Kawai that we fell in love with and ended up getting. Delivery was done professionally and on time.

A month after we got the piano, Roger (the owner) himself came in to give the piano a full concert tuning and voicing. He spent a few hours on getting it perfect, and the piano is everything we dreamt about.
