Ten to Twelve Pianos, Zero Pressure — How a Purchase Should Feel

Carol and Roger were both incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the right piano. In my first visit to the store, I think I was there for over an hour playing different pianos, and they patiently waited the whole time and gave me any assistance I needed.

Carol also took the time to meet me during non-business hours a couple of weeks later to try some other pianos at their other location. This meant that I could try approximately ten to twelve different pianos, and never felt rushed or hurried to make a decision.

Once I had settled on the right instrument, the sale, delivery, and installation were all very smooth. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to serious pianists who want to take time to find the right instrument in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
