My Second Piano — Even Better Than the First Purchase

I recently purchased my second piano from Roger's Piano and the experience was even better than my first purchase (which was also excellent). Carol approached my inquiry with a deep knowledge of the repertoire I have been developing, my skill level, and the character of the pianos themselves.

This is the type of individualized thoughtfulness and deep knowledge that we all want from our doctors. After I tested each piano, I described my impressions to Carol and we discussed them — it was the opposite of high-pressure sales. More like a knowledgeable friend guiding a newcomer.

My new piano is phenomenal (a Brodmann PE 121). When it is time for a grand, I will be coming back to Roger's.
