The Perfect Action, the Perfect Tone — It Sounds Even Better Than It Looks

We have been playing at least an hour a day since the piano arrived on Wednesday and it sounds perfectly lovely. Though it does look great, it sounds even better!

It is just the piano we wanted and was hoping for. Not only the sound but, almost as important, the action has just the right touch, and the regulation is spot on.

As you know, we had been to a number of stores before returning to your Burlington showroom and nothing came close to the instrument you have delivered. As if that wasn't enough, you have customized the pedals so that the sustain can be added to her playing using the left foot!

We can't thank you enough. You and Roger have made the process of buying this piano fun, exciting, educational, and satisfying beyond our expectations. You ARE the BEST.
