Over a Year of Shopping — Never Any Pressure, Always Respected

Overall, I had a very positive experience and am very happy with my new piano. It was a big purchase for me personally and I spent a long time coming to a decision (over a year), but Carol was always very responsive and patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to try different pianos.

It was clear to me that her piano suggestions really are tailored to customers' personal preferences and budget and that she wasn't trying to sell one brand. Though I did not end up buying something within my original budget, it was not because I wasn't shown many options within my budget — it was more because I fell in love with one particular piano and decided to splurge without any sales pressure whatsoever.

I also feel like I learned a lot about pianos during the buying process, which is a testament to their taking the time to explain things and give you tools and resources to hopefully aid in your coming to your own decision.
