Kawai CA 901: Carol Went Above and Beyond During a Family Crisis

Working with Carol was a dream. I can't accommodate an acoustic piano in my house so I knew I was searching for a digital piano that got as close as possible to the real thing. I had already heard about Kawai's digital pianos and Carol helped me get to know the Kawai CA 901, which is what I ultimately ended up purchasing — the action is excellent and the sound board makes for a wonderful warmth.

During the process I let Carol know that I was dealing with a family crisis and would have to be out of town for several months. She was so patient and warm, and reached out to me more than once to inquire about my wellbeing and that of my family, while also informing me of an opportunity for a better financing deal and coordinating with me on the delivery.

I've had my piano now almost 2 weeks and I can't get enough of it. Roger's Piano is the way to go!
