Carol Drove to Vermont — And Set Up the Piano Herself

My husband Matthew and I were searching for an electric piano. We visited Roger's Piano and met with Carol, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained in detail the way in which an electric piano works and showed us the various models that Roger's Piano had in stock. She was very patient and very helpful.

After we decided on a mid-level electric piano, she arranged for the transportation of the piano to our home in Vermont. Due to the difficulties of finding a time to deliver, she drove herself — with the help of her son — all the way up to Northern Vermont to deliver our new piano. She then patiently set up the piano and showed us how to operate it.
